The location is amazing just a short walk to the venue. Staff were super friendly and even saved my drink when I got called away before finishing it.

The location was fantastic! We could easily explore the lively nightlife of Canal Street and enjoy quick access to cultural spots like Chinatown and the city’s main attractions. Our family, including my mother, appreciated the clean and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.

My kids wished the room had better beds for a more comfortable sleep.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure, making for a relaxing stay. the noise from nearby clubs went on until the early hours, leaving little opportunity for rest. breakfast was disappointing and overpriced, particularly when considering the poor quality. while the staff were friendly and accommodating, the noise and dining experience detracted significantly from the visit.

I had a great stay, particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the extensive breakfast options. The clean bathroom was also a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed a cozy Double Sweet Room, featuring a comfy bed that made me feel right at home! The quirky decor throughout the hotel added a fun vibe, and I loved that there’s a 24-hour bar for late-night snacks. Plus, the staff were super helpful, especially with storing my luggage while I explored!

The staff were always happy to help with recommendations and made my experience even better. the bathroom could have been cleaner, which affected my overall impression.

Our experience was marred by poor communication about the parking situation. We ended up paying the full fee for parking, which was unexpected and frustrating. the bathroom door didn't close properly, leaving us feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, these issues overshadowed our stay.
